dad walked the living room with his opt today for 3 min. she gave him a work out today that wore his butt out. he is making good progress, and is doing everything she tells him because he doesn't get her for very long. he was even able to go into his office today and sit down in fount of his computer for just a few min's, and help mom with a problem.
