Dad is doing great. mom took him to see some docs and have some scans the other day. He got good news. He no longer has to take the nasty shot at night, and is down to testing only twice a day. the only time he needs a shot is if his sugar is over 200. He was also cleared to travel from his doc, so he may be able to make it down for his class reunion that he has been wanting to go to. they have gotten quite a bit of snow off and on and then mixed it with rain. its been a bit cold back there but they have been able to stay warm thanks to some angles out there. They very much appreciate it and want the angles to know how much they love them.

Hi -
I'm not certain if I'm contacting Donald specifically or his daughter who runs the website, but here goes . . . I'm a classmate of Donald's from Griffith School and, as you know (as if you couldn't notice), we're having a reunion on January 3rd. Since I live closest to you, I'm wondering if I could drive up from New Jersey, spend an hour or so (whatever Donald is up to) and video tape a greeting from Donald to the group that will gather in Phoenix. Maybe he has some memories or stories from his Griffith days? I think it would be a great surprise for the group. Feel free to email or call. I'm willing to do it - what do you think?
Merry Christmas,
Janet
